This pattern is drafted for lightweight knit fabrics; you'll get the best results with a drape-y knit fabric like linen jersey, devore velvet, a crepe, tissue or lightweight T-shirt knit, or a really really lightweight sweater knit.

Please avoid anything like ITY or slinky knits which will stretch too much.
