These are easy-to-wear, pull-over styles, almost like a woven Henley, with some cool Hot Patterns details.
Relaxed fit, straight cut shirts have a banded 'V' neck and bust shaping transformed into a horizontal bust dart; keep it sleek with this dart or add some fullness with gathers. CHoose a stand colar or a collar with stand. Back neckline is gathered onto the collar stand; long 2-oiece sleeves have a placket & buttoned cuff. Front hem is curved; straight back hem has side slits.
Try your shirt untucked over a tailored pant, your favourite jeans, skinny leather pants or fluid palazzos. Wear as-is of course but try a pretty cami or lightweight T underneath and a cardigan, jacket or vest as your top layer.
All sizes 6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20-22-24-26 (US sizing) need 2 3/4 yards or 250cms fabric.
You'll also need 1/2 yard or 46cm fusible interfacing plus 2 x 5/8" or 1.5cm diameter buttons OR 4 x 3/8" or 1cm buttons.
All fabric amounts are for 60"/150cm wide fabric.
This pattern is drafted for medium to lightweight woven blouse fabrics, like linen, rayon, challis, chambray, silk or georgette, gauze, or shirt-weight cotton.
You can try a lightweight and drape-y T-shirt knit like silk(y) or rayon jersey but avoid anything with a lot of stretch.
