Neckline is a scooped 'U' shape with a simple banded collar. Add the optional fluted ruffle to the center front; and choose between a classic cap or a fluted cap cleeve. Dress has a gentle A-Line flare, and finishes below the knee with a narrow hem; blouse features a deep doubled hem band to finish at the hip.
