Each ceramic button is individually hand-made and painted, at the artist’s studio in Sheffield. A stoneware clay is used for its strength, colour and texture; resulting in a button that is beautiful but also functional. Please note that since the buttons are hand-made and hand-painted there may be slight imperfections.
These stylish buttons will look fabulous when used to embellish a skirt, jacket, or handbag; or used to customise or up-cycle existing clothing to give a stunning new look. They also look great as decorative objects in their own right, sitting pretty on your mantelpiece.
The buttons can be washed on a gentle cycle in the washing machine with tin foil wrapped around them, washed by hand, or dry cleaned. No dryers or fast spin cycles!
