Liberty fabric giveaway – the winner

by Leah Taylor on September 14, 2010

I couldn’t have imagined my giveaway of 2 metres of Liberty fabric would generate such huge interest! Across this blog, twitter, and the Sewing Directory, we had over 200 entries, plus another 70 entries from those who filled in my customer survey. Clearly there’s a lot of love out there for Liberty fabric, and I am hugely thankful to all of you for making this give-away such a success.

Fiona over at the Sewing Directory collated all of the entries together and used the famous random number generator to pick a lucky winner. And the lucky winner is…

Elinor, who commented on 12 September that

“I love the faces on the cranford material so would love that if im picked.”

Elinor, I have your e-mail address and will contact you to get your address, so that 2 metres of the gorgeous Cranford tana lawn from Liberty will be on its way to you.

To everyone else, thank you SO MUCH for taking part… you’ve been great sports, and I’ve loved reading about your favourite fabrics. I wish I could send everyone a piece of Liberty fabric, but then hey, there wouldn’t be any left in my stockroom for me to swoon over! Nab yourself a bit of the Liberty magic by browsing the collection here. I know it sounds shallow, but the world would be a much nicer place if we could all be adorned in Liberty fabric each day 🙂
